People frequently park their cars on sidewalks in Sleepy Hollow. Folks are quick to excuse it, saying "Hey, you can just walk around." Well, actually, some people can't.
Even for folks who can walk around, it places them in danger. They can be hit by cars in the street. They can be run over by the person driving the parked car -- paritcularly so for kids, who are too small to be seen.
